Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Risk Continuum CKM website and app ("RCCKM", "the service"). By using RCCKM you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Clinical decision support only
RCCKM is a clinical decision-support and educational tool for licensed healthcare professionals. It organizes the information you provide and presents risk estimates, staging, considerations and draft text for your review. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not provide medical advice to patients. You are responsible for verifying source data and outputs and for every clinical decision, including diagnosis, coding, medication and follow-up.
2. Not for emergencies
RCCKM is not designed for emergency, urgent or acute-care situations. Use appropriate emergency and acute-care workflows.
3. De-identified data only
Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers or any other information that identifies a patient. RCCKM is not currently offered as a HIPAA-covered service. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
4. Early access
RCCKM is in early access and currently offered at no cost. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. The parser can miss or misread information, so review the worksheet before running an assessment and check the report before using it.
5. Plan scenarios and estimates
Risk estimates, trends and "Try a plan" scenarios are modeled estimates based on published equations and trial data. They are population-based and assume the inputs are correct. A lower modeled value does not establish an individual treatment benefit.
6. Optional AI features
Some features use AI to generate text. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, is labeled in the app, and must be reviewed independently before any use.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, scrape or copy it in bulk, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of law or professional obligations.
9. Intellectual property
RCCKM, including its software, methods, content and branding, belongs to Risk Continuum CKM and its owner. You may use the outputs you generate in your clinical work. No other rights are granted.
10. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Risk Continuum CKM and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any clinical decision made using the service.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use RCCKM after a change means you accept the updated terms.
